　　这首诗是我布置给书城的学生叫他们翻译的,今天我去上课他们都把作业交上来了,翻译得五花八门,虽然有些不太合适甚至把原文的意思也改变了,不 过重在精神,所以我还是把他们表扬了一番!当然也有几个同学翻译得很不错的!哈哈!下面是我翻译的,就当给大家一个参考!希望我的学生看了以后喜欢,也是 老师送给你们的礼物,呵呵!转眼间半个学期就要过去了,让我们风雨同舟一起快乐地度接下来的日子!我相信只要奋斗过了就有一定会有收获,就一定无悔!

　　A blooming tree

　　如何让你遇见我
　　How can I render you rencounter me
　　在我最美丽的时刻
　　At the very moment of my prime time
　　为这
　　我已在佛前求了五百年
　　I have been entreating the Buddha for 500 years for the sake of it
　　求佛让我们结一段尘缘
　　begging the Buddha to bridge us with a worldly tie
　　佛於是把我化做一棵树
　　Thereby, the Buddha grows me into a tree
　　长在你必经的路旁
　　Standing beside the footpath you walk along regularly
　　阳光下
　　In the sun
　　慎重地开满了花
　　Are ardently but discreetly blooming blossoms
　　朵朵都是我前世的盼望
　　Any of which is the anticipation of my preexistence
　　当你走近
　　When approaching
　　请你细听
　　Do listen earnestly
　　那颤抖的叶
　　The vibrating leaves
　　是我等待的热情
　　are my passion for awaiting
　　而当你终於无视地走过
　　When you are ultimately getting by without the slightest attention
　　在你身後落了一地的
　　Those scattering all over the group
　　朋友啊
　　My dear friend
　　那不是花瓣
　　are not petals
　　那是我凋零的心
　　But my fading heart.

一棵开花的树
　　A Blooming Tree
　　如何让你遇见我
　　在我最美丽的时刻
　　为这——
　　我已在佛前 求了五百年
　　求它让我们结一段尘缘
　　May Buddha let us meet
　　in my most beautiful hours,
　　I have prayed for it
　　for five hundred years。
　　佛于是把我化做一棵树
　　长在你必经的路旁
　　阳光下慎重地开满了花
　　朵朵都是我前世的盼望
　　Buddha made me a tree
　　by the path you may take,
　　In full blossoms I'm waiting in the sun
　　every flower carrying my previous hope。
　　当你走近 请你细听
　　那颤抖的叶是我等待的热情
　　As you are near, listen carefully
　　the quivering leaves are my waiting zeal,
　　而当你终于无视地走过
　　在你身后落了一地的
　　朋友啊 那不是花瓣
　　是我凋零的心
　　As you pass by the tree
　　without noticing me,
　　My friend, upon the ground behind you
　　is not the fallen petals but my withered heart。
　　作者简介：席慕容(1943-)，蒙古族女诗人。出生于四川。十三岁起在日记中写诗，十四岁入台北师范艺术科，后又入台湾师范大学艺术系。 1964年入比利时布鲁塞尔皇家艺术学院专攻油画。毕业后任台湾新竹师专美术科副教授。举办过数十次个人画展，出过画集，多次获多种绘画奖。1981年， 台湾大地出版社出版席慕容的第一本诗集 《七里香》，一年之内再版七次。其他诗集也是一版再版。出版的诗集有《七里香》、《无怨的青春》、《时光九篇》、《边缘光影》、《迷途诗册》、《我折叠着 我的爱》等。席慕容多写爱情、人生、乡愁，写得极美，淡雅剔透，抒情灵动，饱含着对生命的挚爱真情。影响了整整一代人的成长历程。
